The KI Basketball Training
Some History
"I started playing basketball in Providence, Rhode Island when I was 6 years old at the West End Recreation Center in 2002. I played middle school ball for Bishop McVinney Catholic School and later joined the RI Breakers, RI Hawks, and NYC Jayhawks on the AAU circuit. In high school, I played for Classical High and won a state championship in 2013. After attending Putnam Science Academy, winning MVP honors, and passing the SAT, I committed on a full scholarship to Rider University. At Rider, my coaching origins began unknowingly. I studied communications, enjoying learning about the human cognitive process and overall development. After finishing my school career at Southern Connecticut State University, I started training my younger cousin AJ in 2019. Today, I have trained over 1000 youth from Providence to Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut. I have worked in the Department of Children, Youth, and Families, putting in the time to truly understand what it takes to instill extreme confidence, mental toughness, and a strong work ethic in any youth I come across.
